You can change or cancel your dive trip reservation within 7 or more days before your trip.
To do that, you can either email us at email@example.com or you can create an account with us:
- Visit https://waterhorsecharters.checkfront.com/reserve/
- Click on 'Log In'
- Select 'Create an Account'
- Create an account using the same email you used for your original booking
When you log in, you'll be able to access and make changes to all your upcoming bookings.
You won't be able to change or cancel a reservation through your online account within 7 days of your trip. You'll need to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here's our booking policy in a nutshell:
- Cancelations up to 7 days prior to your trip grant a full refund
- Changes made up to 7 days prior to your trip have no extra cost
- Cancelations made between 6 days and 24 hours of your trip don’t grant a refund but can be issued an in-store credit of 80% of your full reservation cost
- Changes made between 24 hours and 6 days of your trip will incur a $39 rescheduling fee
- Cancellations within 24 hours of departure or no-shows don't get a refund or in-store credit
- No changes can be made within 24 hours of departure
